Recently there has been mass confusion about the following rule:

"Do not use any external program or modification to gain you an advantage in the game"
"Do not exploit glitches found in the server. Report any bugs or bug abuse, failure to do so will result in an immediate multi-day ban. "
"Do not evade bans with different steam accounts or proxies."
"Do not buy player's RP money with Real Life currencies (PayPal, Bitcoin, etc). If you get scammed by this, we will not take action on this."

To be clear, what is not allowed in our community includes but is not limited to:

  • Playing with multiple accounts at the same time as one human to gain an advantage against other players

  • Supporting users who take advantage of the above clarifications

  • Making full use or benefiting from the practice of an external program or modification to your game such as macros, cheats, etc.

If you are taking action in any of the above activities, we request that you terminate them immediately. If for any reason you are confused about the clarifications please do not hesitate to reply to this thread. Our goal is to ensure the fairest economic environment as possible at this point. We will continue to monitor the actions of certain players, and may reevaluate if further actions need to be taken to ensure balance in the gameplay. Thanks
Hello there, players. These are the rules you have to follow.
 
Server Rules

General Discipline Procedure: Warn -> Ban for 10 Minutes -> Ban for 1 Day -> Permenent Ban | Evading punishments like mute, gag, and ban will results in harsher punishments.
Player Rules:
  • Respect all players, no slandering. Calling someone out is not disrespect.
  • Do not promote slow-hacking. This is when you tell someone to do a malicious command or hotkey such as "unbindall", "exit", "demos", etc. Zero tolerance.
  • Do not complain about anything in the server. If you have a problem, add one of the admins and talk to them in private, or visit our forums we are setting up.
  • Do not spam the chat or yell/scream in the microphone. This includes micspam with music.
  • Do not exploit glitches found in the server. Report any bugs or bug abuse, failure to do so will result in an immediate multi-day ban (do not buy only subdoors as this is an exploit).
  • Do not use any external program or modification to gain you an advantage in the game, this is a global rule in every server regardless.
  • Do not evade bans with different steam accounts or proxies.
  • Evading cuffs by disconnecting or switching jobs will results in a 10 minutes VIP.
  • Do not ever kill a new player for no set reason. Doing so will result in a penalty in money. Another exception is players with bounties, or immensely high crime.
  • Mass RDMing is NOT allowed...(i.e. non defensively killing 10 times in 5 minutes)
    If you have a problem with your punishement, bring this up to the council/superiors, do not confront the punisher directly, this may result in more Justified punishments.

    • Police Rules
    • Cuff/Uncuff and Jail is at 800+ Crime.
    • If you see someone being killed, KILL THE KILLER!
    • Cops should VIP Jail players who Mass RDM...(i.e. players who non defensively kill 10 times in 5 minutes)
    • Random Deathmatching as cop will result in an instant demotion. Do not shoot at unless shot at first.
    • As stated above, you may only kill players who HIT you, DO NOT ASSUME a player hits you until you SEE them. Citizens slashing at you
      with their knives does not count.
    • If you are killed as cop, you may NOT Revenge Kill them back, this is a Lite New Life Rule for cops.
    • Inactivity will result as a loss in cop.
    • Kickdoor may be used when a player has a bounty (2,500 crime or more).
    • Promotions are automatically applied in the employer.
    • Any rebel (VIP or not) is to be shot on sight upon entering the first PD door in the building. This doesn't includes the PD lobby, since it is a public place.
    • AFKing as cop is not permitted.
    • There needs to be at least two or more cops online to allow one to go rebel.
    • Do not use any rebel items. (Lock-pick, Door-hack, Cuff-saw).
    • Do not suicide to give a player weapons.
    • Do not switch back and forth to evade jail or being killed.
    • Do not favor specific rebels as a cop. Play fair.
    • Do not Unjail another cops' prisoners without consent from that cop. Who you jail/cuff is your responsibility.
    • Note: Player rules apply alongside above rules.
    • Keep in mind, You are held liable for all actions you do as a cop.
    • Breaking of ANY of these rules may result in cop loss.

      • Admin Rules
      • Abuse = Instant Demotion
      • Help new players and teach them how to play
      • Remember, you are an admin first and a player second
      • Do not ignore players in need of help or assistance.
      • When testing something, ensure to get clearance from your superiors and never test it on another player without their consent.
      • Keep in mind you held liable for all your actions. There is nobody to blame.
      • Don't kick or ban for Mass-RDM.
